1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Client shall not use Services for:
1.1 Network Attacks & Abuse
- Denial-of-Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks
- Unauthorized access, hacking, or port scanning
- Malware, ransomware, botnet distribution or C&C hosting
- Spam (email, IRC, forum, or SMS)
1.2 Fraud & Illegal Activity
- Phishing, credential theft, or social engineering
- Wire fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion
- Stolen goods, counterfeit products, illegal content
- Violation of US federal, state, or local law
1.3 Intellectual Property
- Copyright/trademark infringement (intentional)
- Piracy or unauthorized distribution
2. RESTRICTED DESTINATIONS
Client shall not route traffic intended to access or attack:
2.1 United States Government & Finance
- Federal agencies (state.gov, defense.gov, treasury.gov, fbi.gov, etc.)
- Federal courts, Congress, White House systems
- Federal Reserve, SEC, CFTC, banking regulators
- Law enforcement and intelligence portals
2.2 EU Institutions & Member States
- EU Parliament, Council, Commission systems
- EU central bank and financial authorities
- National government portals and critical services
- Member state law enforcement systems
2.3 Russian Federation
- Presidential Administration, Federal Assembly
- Ministry of Defense, FSB, security services
- Central Bank of Russia, tax services
- Gosuslugi (state services portal)
2.4 Other Critical Systems
- UK government, Canada, Australia government systems
- SWIFT, IMF, World Bank administrative portals
- ICANN/IANA root nameserver operations
- UN, Interpol systems
3. SANCTIONS & OFAC COMPLIANCE
Client shall not provide Services or route traffic to:
- Entities in Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea
- Any OFAC Specially Designated National (SDN)
- Individuals/companies on EU, UK, Canada sanctions lists
4. MONITORING & ENFORCEMENT
- Detection: Netflow analysis, DPI, abuse reports, threat intelligence
- First Violation: 24-hour notice and immediate suspension
- Repeat Violation: Permanent termination, no refund
- Severe Violation: Immediate termination (DDoS, malware, sanctions)
5. LAW ENFORCEMENT
Company cooperates with law enforcement under valid legal process (subpoena, warrant, court order).
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Client is responsible for:
- All activity on assigned IPs and services
- Sub-customers, resellers, end-users
- Breach notification to Company within 24 hours
- Remediation of violations
7. REPORTING ABUSE
abuse@ws.network
Include: IP address, timestamp, violation type, evidence. Response within 24 business hours.
8. MODIFICATIONS
Company may modify AUP with 7 days' notice. Critical safety changes (sanctions, attacks) effective immediately.
